<p>I recently started using injectable L-Carnitine before fasted cardio. I do fasted cardio every day, so I’m currently planning to use it everyday.</p>
<p>I started with 500 mg before fasted cardio, but the concentration of my L-Carnitine is <b>1 g / 5 mL</b>, so <b>500 mg = 2.5 mL</b>.</p>

<p>I know it depends on body fat, site, and how much tissue is over the muscle, but I’m curious what you guys generally prefer for quads in an off-season condition.</p>

<p>I’m currently pinning 100 Test, 25 EQ, and 30 NPP daily. Total weekly doses are around 700 Test, 175 EQ, and 210 NPP.</p>
<p>I know the EQ dose is very low, but I crashed my E2 at a 2:1 Test ratio, and also crashed it at 3:1. Right now I’m at around a 4:1 ratio, and my E2 is sitting at around 50 ng/L.</p>

<p>I feel and perform good, my BG levels are around 4.2–4.4 mmol/L at the end of the workout with this setup.</p>

Right now I’m eating ~140 g carbs on my pre meal and taking 7 IU. I also sip carbs during session. Should those be included in the initial dose, or do you guys only count pre-workout carbs ?</p>
