<p>Would there be any downside to adjusting it between high and low days based on carb intake, or is keeping Lantus stable generally the better approach?</p>
<p>Trying to understand if there’s any real benefit to scaling it or if consistency is the way to go.</p>

Basically almost no products can be brought in from abroad anymore without paying very very high import taxes and customs fees.</p>
<p>In most cases the taxes end up being so high that ordering from overseas isn’t practical at all.</p>

<p>I’ve finished my first cycle using test and primo while keeping a 1:0.7 ratio throughout.</p>
<p>I’m currently on a cruise, but I can’t source primo anymore. For my second cycle, I’m planning to replace primo with masteron.</p>
<p>What would be an appropriate test to mast ratio?</p>

<p>I’m currently in off season, running upper/lower with around 18 working sets per session, which usually lasts about 2–3 hours. <span>In the mornings, I also do a 30 minute fasted walk at around 120 bpm.</span><span>I weigh around 105 kg, and currently take about 13 grams of salt on training days and 12 grams on rest&hellip;</span></p>
