Is it okay on the full body if I do the same exercises on the 2 heavy upper days and same exercises on the heavy lower. I struggle to get 4 different exercises per muscle group in my gym?</p>

I can’t really do 4 different tricep exercises for eg. Also let’s say on heavy upper 1 u did chest first on heavy upper 2 should u start with back ? Thanks </p>
