<p>What do I expect with this stuff. Obviously I haven’t taken it up until this point for a reason but.</p>
<p>I’m going to start with 125 mg eod, and that’ll probably be where it ends.</p>

<p>So basically my story is I had a shoulder issue two years ago, trained around it for so long until it got bad. Went in for surgery mumford procedure, and shaved down cartilage flaps I had. In short I just got back to training and what not.</p>
<p>I notice pressing of all sorts feels uncomfortable some weeks, some weeks they don’t.
