<p>I was sick for  2 weeks with the flu 3 weeks back and wasn’t able to train for those 2 weeks, last week went back to train and my lifts had gone down significantly and specially on the pushes </p>
<p>And this week everything has decreased from last week also. What would be something g to do from here to get back to where everything was?</p>

<p>Not much changes with training day and rest day. Might switch out the iso on rest days</p>
