<p>I’ve been running push pull legs for a decent amount of time, however in the last sort of 4 months I have had to stop training legs. I have bad tendonosis in both my patellar tendons to the point where I can’t squat or leg press or extension without a decent amount of pain and my knees shaking. </p>
