<p>I’m 43 years old and had my test levels checked last week. Results came back with an expected low level and so TRT was the prescription. This is where it gets tricky though…</p>
<p>The clinic will only prescribe me 250mg a month and will only give that over two shots of 125mg on a fortnightly basis. <p>I wonder if you could look over my split to see any room for improvement?</p>
<p>U/L/R spilt over three routines based on the three gyms I’m training at. I get really bad sciatica too, so I have to be mindful of that. No strong points. Everything is weak. But I’d say my&hellip;</p>
