A lovely pull day this morning followed by a Femmevo posing seminar
This is the only weekend I’m at home and have no clients competing so decided to take advantage and hold a seminar in my gym which was amazing.

Push day 😮💨
Lots of calls and check ins this morning followed by a fantastic push session.
I have been very hungry today which could be a sign that menses is on the return, here’s hoping as January was the last one.
My priority right now is health and it’s a priority to get it back as quickly as possible without gaining an excessive amount of body fat quickly.
I’ll most likely get bloods done in a few weeks but will keep you posted on the results ❤️

Productive rest day
Morning routine followed by check ins and calls then had a lovely nap while I got my eyelashes done 😂
Today has been a admin day for my business but also getting things prepared for the rest of the year.
Feel very ahead today and ready for another day tomorrow x

LEG DAY 😍😍😍
The best session. Really in the zone now, phone on airplane mode and go no distractions
Banded pendulum today which is feeling a lot better than before, im excited to get strong on this movement as it’s nice on the knees haha
Finished work and read my book was a great day!

Felt really good this morning but think the run down feeling has transferred into a cold 😅 we will see how we feel tomorrow.
Very good session today, I really do love all my sessions at the moment.
Every movement I am getting a really good connection with which is awesome.
Off to bed and praying I feel a bit better tomorrow 🫶🏼

Another rest day today as I’ve felt a little bit run down from the weekend.
I would rather go in fresh tomorrow when I’ve had another good nights sleep ❤️

WHAT A DAY😭❤️
Started the day with a morning walk with the squad followed by check ins with some of my clients
Trained push early doors and was a very good session
Then headed to studio for content with one of my coaches and posing seminar.
The seminar went amazing and feel truly blessed to help as much people as much 🫶🏼
Ended the day with some sushi with the team which was fabulous ❤️

Rest day for me today
Long drive to Manchester for an exciting weekend for the Femmevo posing seminar and coach content day.
Although it is a drive for me, I really do love seeing my clients especially when they are so close to a show.
Will train push before the madness begins 😈🫡

Very good session today and happy to see strength climbing.
Today was pendulum day and horizontal hip press those are my favourite especially for my old lady knees 😂
Ended the day as a guest on one of the Swedish gasp athletes podcast.
I have no idea what it’s called but I’ll let you know when I find out 😂❤️

He is 7 weeks out so it’s great to be able to support him and drillllll him with posing now I am feeling back to my usual chirpy self ❤️❤️

Helloooo Monday, my favourite day of the week
A shorter morning walk today as my steps are lower now but still keeping my routine consistent and it’s my favourite time of the day
Had 4 posing clients, team call, check ins and trained push today
I am feeling more like myself now and have the energy to do posing sessions again which is great haha. When I’m prep i stop these to allow myself more time to rest so it’s good to be back!

Lying cuffed cable lateral : 3 sets of 10-15 reps
neutral grip nitro shoulder press : 2 sets of 6-9, 10-15 reps
High incline prime press : 2 sets 6-9, 10-15 reps

Back in Scotland!
No morning walk today as I was up at 4 to head to airport, was great to arrive back at 8.30am
Had a coaching call with the team then headed home.
Spoke to kuba he gave me another rest day so we just chilled and did the food shop for the week 🙂

Great but exhausting day at the Tru athlete in London ❤️ it was amazing spending time with the team and seeing Corinne, Ryan and Jade compete, they all did incredible.
Was amazing to see the Jiu jitsu as that was the first time I’ve seen people compete in person. Corinne made it look SO easy it was actually quite therapeutic to watch 😂 The children on the other hands were craaaazy 🤣🤣
Off to bed now as im catching the first flight home tomorrow so I can still train ❤️
