I’m now 19 and still find that I’m on low side with test levels being around 12nmol/L in recent blood tests. I know fats play a key role in hormone production so was curious at best calculation for fat intake to make sure there in best possible place they can be. </p>

I’m up multiple times a night and can’t seem to be get more than 7 hours sleep if even that.</p>
<p>I supplement with 5-htp, ashwaganda,magnesium and zinc 60-90 mins before bed. I wear the blue light blocking glasses in evening and avoid using too many bright lights. I&hellip;</p>

<p>I then set myself at 1.5g per lb of lean body mass only from direct protein sources as from what I read I think was a good place to be but I’m now second guessing it again.</p>

<p>I’ve been following macros of 35% pro, 45% carb, 20% fat on TD and then 35% pro, 40% carb, 25% fat NTD getting around atleast 1.5g pro per lb bw.</p>

I&#8217;m 19 and have been properly training for just under 2 years now and have been discharged for anorexia about 1.5 years ago too as a little backstory as progress hasnt been substantial imo.
