I inject 3 x week M/W/F and it works great.
The NHS is crap but the Leger clinic is very affordable and they are a great team.

Do any docs in the UK prescribe things like peptides for athletes to help them repair?

In some cases, legit docs prescribe much higher than 125-150mg.

I think some patients need a higher dose to treat symptoms. Not exactly sure why, but docs that I trust say it’s a thing.

(Not saying that’s what’s going on here and defo agree that there is a fashion for calling a cruise TRT).

DIY Accutane or prescribed? I’m on 30mg (Isotentinoin to be precise) from the Derm, and it’s working really great. So it might be worth dropping your dose?

And then I’m on doc prescribed TRT (125mg of sust), lipids are ok, I’m taking JPs heart supps to help.

If you are on a non-natural level of test + high dose Accutane it could cause issues…

Thanks, guys, the advice is much appreciated. Will try again this week and drop a new video to see if I have made any positive improvements.

Will focus on:

1 – Raising heels more.
2 – Wider stance.
3 – Driving knees further forward.
4 – Breaking at the knee and the hip, not the torso.
5 – Getting the bar low on my back.
6 – Neutral spine and a static torso.

I see Dr Savage for my TRT, he is based in Doncaster, but tbh I experiment with different dosages myself.

He asks for my bloods once a year and apart from that he just writes scripts whenever I ask.

Sustanon (Aspen) from Boots comes in 1ml/250mg ampoules, so he writes a script that works out at one amp/week.

I started on 20mg/day. A few weeks ago it was raised to 30mg a day.

Probably due to the low dose, the sides haven’t been too bad, some dry skin and chapped lips but not horrendous, bloods are also ok.

I went on Doctor prescribed TRT about 5 years and don’t regret it, the opposite in fact, Im glad I did it.

It would be nice not to need it, but life is so much better on than off.

Any plans to add it to the JP range?

That sounds crap to live with… Have you thought about dropping down to legit TRT dose, losing some weight, getting fitter, cleaning up your diets, taking some high-quality healthy supps, and getting your bloods in order?

Also agree on making sure you have stuff to do, you can really waste that focus on BS if you don’t.

It’s been amazing for me, I have to put long hours in at my desk and it really helps me focus for longer periods.

I take 50mg (1/4 of a tablet), I set my alarm for 7.30, take it, go back to sleep for 30 minutes and wake up ready to go.

Defo agree taking it early is best to avoid insomnia. Also, expect headaches and jitters the first few times…

I was reading the back of my Cure-Coming bottle and saw something that confused me a bit.

It says cumurcin can have a similar anti-inflammatory effect to NSAIDs.

But my understanding was that we should try and avoid taking NSAIDs as they can limit gains by limiting hypertrophy.

I don’t think JP Nutrition would make a gain-killing…

In case you dont know of him, Dr Savage in Doncaster at the Leger Clinic is awesome for private TRT. It’s really cheap and he is great to work with.

And I agree with Barry for me its like a miracle drug, very happy to be on it.

The only side I currently have is mild excema on arms and wrists that I’m managing with e-45 cream and diprobase anti-itch cream

Im currently on 20mg per day prescribed by the NHS.

My plan (agreed with doc), is to stay lower dose and run for longer to try and get permanent results without having to take higher doses and suffer the nasty sides.

2 months in Im 99% acne-free and bloods are ok.

Doc says 3 months spot free and the results should stick once I come off them.

I ordered a big batch of Bayer Primo amps and some BP meds, all arrived today, earlier than expected, very well packaged and all looks very legit.

Will post again when I run the primo

Agree with suggestions for talking to a professional, CBT and ACT both helped me massively but for quick effective relief ACT was amazing for me, good luck with it man, I know how shit it can be.

Be aware some people get sides from low-dose daily cialisa. I get horrific back pumps.

ACT therapy or CBT therapy, both are highly effective if you do the work and trust the process long enough for results to occur.

Therapy saved and then changed my life for the better.

@anabolic.pharmacist might have an answer on this one.

I’m sure people will advise but if you haven’t watched the education videos there is some awesome content in there on cycles/drugs.
