<p>I think some patients need a higher dose to treat symptoms. Not exactly sure why, but docs that I trust say it&#8217;s a thing. </p>
<p>(Not saying that&#8217;s what&#8217;s going on here and defo agree that there is a fashion for calling a cruise TRT). </p>

<p>He asks for my bloods once a year and apart from that he just writes scripts whenever I ask.</p>
<p>Sustanon (Aspen) from Boots comes in 1ml/250mg ampoules, so he writes a script that works out at one amp/week.</p>

<p>I just got my Youth Revisited blood results back. Most things were in range but there are a few in the red. </p>
<p>I’m on 100mg of Sustanon per week (prescribed by a private Doc and bought from Boots pharmacy) split into 3 doses Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. </p>
<p>The bloods were taken on the Monday before my injection, so at the longest time since&hellip;</p>

<p>I am on prescribed Isotretinoin for acne, I have been on it for about 4 months.</p>
<p>I started on 20mg/day. A few weeks ago it was raised to 30mg a day.</p>
<p>Probably due to the low dose, the sides haven’t been too bad, some dry skin and chapped lips but not horrendous, bloods are also ok.</p>
<p>My doc has told me that the goal is 3 months of zero spots&hellip;</p>

<p>I take 50mg (1/4 of a tablet), I set my alarm for 7.30, take it, go back to sleep for 30 minutes and wake up ready to go. </p>
<p>Defo agree taking it early is best to avoid insomnia. Also, expect headaches and jitters the first few times&hellip;</p>

<p>It says cumurcin can have a similar anti-inflammatory effect to NSAIDs. </p>

But my understanding was that we should try and avoid taking NSAIDs as they can limit gains by limiting hypertrophy.</p>

<p>My plan (agreed with doc), is to stay lower dose and run for longer to try and get permanent results without having to take higher doses and suffer the nasty sides. </p>
<p>2 months in Im 99% acne-free and bloods are ok. </p>
<p>Doc says 3 months spot free and the results should stick once I come off them. </p>

<p>I will get booked in for blood donation right away. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m 45, 6 foot, 235lbs, I lift 4 times a week and get between 12-15k footsteps per days. </p>
<p>BP sits at around 130-140 / 65-70 I check it about 5 times a week.</p>
<p>I dont have curecoming, so will get on that right away.</p>

I am running 200mg of Sustanon per week and lots of things are out of range.</p>
<p>(I&#8217;m also taking 20mg of isotretinoin aka Roaccutane/Accutane).</p>
<p>I have to admit I have been shit so far with getting bloods done but have learned my lesson and now it&#8217;s time to understand the results better and take better care&hellip;</p>

<p>What are you injecting? <br />Where are you injecting? <br />What sized needle? <br />What quantity/quality of gear? <br />How are you injecting?</p>
<p>I would love to help but I&#8217;m struggling with the same issue.</p>
<p>Im on Doctor prescribed TRT (gear comes from a high street pharmacy), injecting 0.3ml sustanon, I backfill an insulin need, warm it&hellip;</p>
