<p>I dont wanna miss my health supplements, but i have to train fasted in the morning. </p>
<p>So i wake up at 5 &#8211; Hydrate, salt, read, write, meditate, Coffee and im at the gym at 6. Finish at 7:30 / 8:00 ish. At 9 im at the office&hellip;</p>

<p>What Can you recommend for elbow Health? </p>
<p>I often get pain in my elbows from Side laterals &#8211; i think my technique is good, but due to my longer arm it Taxes my elbows a Lot &#8211; what can I do here? </p>
<p>I always do it on a cable &#8211; mostly with cuffs. </p>
<p>Have you and tips for this Problem?</p>

<p>I cant contract my Right chest, Even without weight. </p>
<p>For example &#8211; i done 140kg narrow grip chest press and now 40kg for 4-5 reps. I can do Push ups &#8211; 5 … Not more. </p>
<p>My Right Side feel numb or fatigued, I cant Even Descripe it. </p>

<p>In my case, I added 20 t3 to my 100 t4 in the Morning and since this I feel like shit. </p>

<p>With 100 t4 Everything was Fine, Look was Good, Weight dropped and since im on t3 im not the Same. Nothin else changed. </p>

<p>If u wanna make meals with rice „tastier“ maybe try to mix Rice and Pasta, Rice and potatoes as well 🙂 </p>
<p>Use a Zero Sauce or some tasty veggies 🙂 Zero Ketchup etc. Pp. </p>

<p>I had the discussion a few weeks ago, that it doesnt matter in which rep Range u Train &#8211; just „Collect“ effective reps through the Workout &#8211; and conclusion was, its „easier“ to get effektiv reps in a lower rep range.. </p>
