And I wanted to ask for feedback on whether it&#8217;s well structured or if there are any suggestions for improvement.<br />
About me: My weak points are chest/triceps.<br />
My strength is my back.<br />
Shoulders are okay, and I do biceps on the lower </p>

I&#8217;d like to switch to upper/lower, but I&#8217;m not sure how to shape my upper day.<br />
My strengths are my back and shoulders.<br />
My chest/triceps are more of a weakness.<br />
How can I best shape that? Can someone maybe help me?</p>
