I know your lifts are still progressing and motivation is high, but fatigue and joint pain can be harder to shift if you don&#8217;t nip in the bud. I can&#8217;t see this affecting your progress at all, only benefitting you. </p>

<p>I’m this situation I would simply distribute the macros differently throughout the day to suit your situation. As long as the macros are hit at the end of the day there will be no issue. Keep protein consistent like you have been doing but alter carbs accordingly </p>
