<p>If the 150 T:100 P ratio Would knock E2 too low, would you increase the test to 200mg + 100mg primo to keep within the max 300mg weekly amount or keep test at 150mg and lower primo to avoid adverse effects of cardiovascular fitness &#8211; seeing as thats a priority atm?</p>

<p>Hi Peter, yes in the past diet adherence has always been an issue, certainly around emotional connection to food. But I think the main issue is body confidence or perception post birth &#8211; so I think she wanted the GLP to get in a position where she feels comfortable to leave the house and return to the gym.</p>

<p>I dropped my down to TRT test @ 150mg weekly cyp &#8211; split into daily shots alongside my 2mg of weekly reta. I just couldn&#8217;t see the point in running anymore, when for the next few weeks ill be fighting for sleep and maintaining my gym work at best!</p>

<p>I told them I was on TRT, but I didnt mention the primo &#8211; would you advise just sticking to a TRT 150mg dose of only test for 2 weeks whilst I heal and the grafts implant?</p>
<p>Im worried by coming off everything for 2 weeks id throw my hormones out of whack! Admittedly ive done this poorly and probably should have dropped down sooner or come off&hellip;</p>

<p>I did speak to the surgeon and it would be interesting to get your take on what he said. I had feeling in my big toe, just not the rest of my foot. He told me to just wait, the feeling will return on its own it&#8217;ll just take months to years.</p>

<p>Prior to the inflammation that happened over the past 2 weeks I could do 23 on my good ankle and around 11 on my injured one, I stopped when pain went above a 4/10.</p>

<p>Swelling is still noticeable a year post surgery and feeling hasn’t fully returned to the foot – as I believe the surgeon nicked a nerve.</p>
<p>Rom is still slightly limited on both dorsiflexion &amp; plantarflexion. Im still prone to inversion on Uneven ground</p>

<p>What other compounds would you recommend?</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve always gone off the advise from athletes on here, so be amazing to learn more!</p>
<p>I always stuck to test &amp; primo or mast to minimise impact to my cardiovascular system for Rolling in BJJ and running those hyrox</p>

I was on 200mg test &amp; primo or 150mg test and 250 mast and would do cycles of each</p>
<p>Option A) drop down to 200mg TRT dose until I can source it, then go back on the above </p>
<p>Option B) test only cycle of around 300mg weekly </p>

<p>Yes there was a history of bone spurs on both my ankle and elbow. Althought the elbow seems to be free and clear post surgery!</p>
<p>The knee I believe the surgeon said he debrided it and conducted a &lt;strong style=&#8221;font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;&#8221;&gt;Smoothing damaged cartilage surfaces and Partial meniscectomy of both knees</p>
