<p>Itll be aptitude within 12-18 months. Bodyweight and fitness need to improve and a few injuries need rehabilitation. I spoke with my coach and we agree, For me I&#8217;d rather attempt BAC when I know im ready as opposed to panic fitness inorder to pass.</p>

<p>Definitely should have lead with that! I was on 80mg a day &#8211; but ill drop the Telmisartan out for now while I continue dropping more weight and improving conditioning.</p>

<p>Conditioning is definitely improving with the 6 mile + runs and areobic work, but my breathing still feels quite heavy at times with my current size, especially at night when&hellip;</p>

<p>Hi Peter, yes in the past diet adherence has always been an issue, certainly around emotional connection to food. But I think the main issue is body confidence or perception post birth &#8211; so I think she wanted the GLP to get in a position where she feels comfortable to leave the house and return to the gym.</p>

<p>I told them I was on TRT, but I didnt mention the primo &#8211; would you advise just sticking to a TRT 150mg dose of only test for 2 weeks whilst I heal and the grafts implant?</p>
<p>Im worried by coming off everything for 2 weeks id throw my hormones out of whack! Admittedly ive done this poorly and probably should have dropped down sooner or come off&hellip;</p>

<p>Prior to the inflammation that happened over the past 2 weeks I could do 23 on my good ankle and around 11 on my injured one, I stopped when pain went above a 4/10.</p>

<p>Rom is still slightly limited on both dorsiflexion &amp; plantarflexion. Im still prone to inversion on Uneven ground</p>

<p>Hi adam,</p>
<p>I had a lateral stabilization and arthroscopy of my left ankle.</p>
<p>Swelling is still noticeable a year post surgery and feeling hasn&#8217;t fully returned to the foot &#8211; as I believe the surgeon nicked a nerve.</p>
<p>Rom is still slightly limited on both dorsiflexion &amp; plantarflexion. Im still prone to inversion on Uneven ground</p>

<p>I have used BPC157, TB500 &amp; GHK-CU, however maybe not with the aggressive dosages I should have. What would you recommend protocols wise?</p>

It becomes inflamed and swollen, especially when running, or walking on Uneven Ground. (All involved in my job)</p>
<p>To that end, alongside my pyshio/rehab Im looking to take HGH</p>
<p>Is 2/3 IU enough daily for what im looking to achieve </p>

<p>At 31 years old I&#8217;m running 200mg test &amp; 100mg mast prop. Spilt into daily injections. </p>
<p>I also take 100IU HCG, 3 x weekly to minimise testicular atrophy. This May drop to twice weekly jabs. </p>
<p>I plan to run this cycle fairly long term as I head towards my prep for my ardous military course. In&hellip;</p>

<p>We will aim to have more children into the future so, with this in mind do people advocate continuous low level use of HCG like 100 iu daily etc to maintain testicle size &amp; baseline levels, or is&hellip;</p>
