<p>I&#8217;ve had this problem for several weeks now, with some periods much stronger than others, in fact I can&#8217;t eat like I used to, food in general disgusts me, very often after eating I feel very nauseous and everything disgusts me, I&#8217;d also like to say that quite often (but not all the time) after I&#8217;ve eaten I feel sick </p>

<p>In the next few days I&#8217;m going to change my split for an upper &#8211; lower &#8211; rest &#8211; repeat, I&#8217;ve created a programme but as I don&#8217;t know much about upper lower I&#8217;d like your opinion.</p>
<p>My split contains quite a few sets for each muscle group so I don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s too much for me.</p>
