If i do 2 sets per muscle group, should i be doing a back off set for every exercise? So, always do first set heavy (4-8 reps) then lighter for the second (10-15 reps), for every single exercise?

Thanks in advance!

Is it best to think of the back as one muscle group or two (traps and lats) when deciding volume needs? if im training 2 sets per muscle group each session, would that be 2 sets for the overall back (e.g. 1 set lat focused and 1 set trap focus) or 2 sets for lats and 2 sets for traps?

Thanks
