Started with check in pics. Tightest I’ve been so far I’d say. Especially the front. Back is still lagging. Did my cardio at 40 stairs as usual. Diet adjusted some carbs moved. There is a lot around the midsection which is a bad sign health wise in terms of insulin resistance and other health markers. </p>
<p>I would be doing U/L 4 days a week </p>
<p>I would want morning cardio daily &#8211; fast paced incline walking / bike etc HR 110-120 BPM</p>
<p>Steps 10k </p>
<p>Get at it hard n fast n get healthy </p>

I felt a pop at the top of my left quad on Leg press, so ended the session.<br />
I could have tried to push on, but knew it would have been stupid, so reluctantly stopped.<br />
Hopefully just some popped fibres that will heal fast.. Fingers crossed!<br />
