It’s a common trend for me that a few weeks into a diet I’ll start unintentionally waking up super early (between 3 and 4) regardless of what time I go to sleep. I usually get into bed around 9-9:30 and am asleep by 10-10:30. Currently in week 5 of a cruise/mini cut. Looking to start pushing BW and PEDs again at the beginning of Jan. was wondering people’s opinions on wether drugs should go back in straight back in post diet or if I should be looking to get training performance/sleep and appetite back to 100% before blasting again. </p>
