Good afternoon, friends Summer has officially arrived in Germany 35 degrees. And my diet ended yesterday, too… Final stats/weight were just over 105 kg at 180 cm… So, it’s definitely time to pack some muscle onto that frame during the reverse diet and the subsequent bulking phase.
