<p>Has anyone overcome a hiatal hernia and carried on heavy lifting? This is where the top of stomach slides into the diaphragm.</p>
<p>Have currently been prescribed antacids but i know the discomfort im feeling isnt reflux. Also awaiting an endoscopy.</p>

<p>am awaiting results on calcium heart check as my due dilligence aswell as bloods.</p>
