<p>Thank you for your reply, Ryan. Actually I‘m using a pretty famous brand hier in Germany (I‘m not sure if I can say the brand name here on the forum) but like I said, I already tested 2 different brands. </p>

I tried to do only 3 total sets (only presses without pec dec to not have much load in the stretch) and I need at least 3 days (4 sleeps) of rest to recover from it. <p>I‘m on a PPL split and I recently started to train my chest twice a week but I noticed it does not recover 100% from push1 to push2. </p>
<p>I train it on tuesday (5 working sets &#8211; 2 on low incline smith, 2 on incline chest press and 1 incline bench cable flies.</p>
<p>I don‘t have much doms but when I have to train it again on Friday it‘s still a&hellip;</p>

<p>I usually train in the morning after my first meal of the day. I was reading a topic about curcumin and almost everyone was saying to take 500mg twice a day (in the morning and pre bed).</p>
