<p>I suffer with both Hypogonadism and Diabetes Insipidus. Mediated with TRT by my doctor. I struggle to recover from leg training. It can take up to a week. Volume is low, diet, sleep and stress is all in a good place which has made me think it could be a deeper problem. Im booked in for a private blood test is there any Hormones that I should&hellip;</p>
