<p>Great hamstring session today &#8211; managed a set of 160 for 10 and I felt really happy with how they felt. I didn’t film much today was in a zone I’d get in and get it done. </p>

If your choices amidst your macro availability, we’re extremely high quality , it’s the same outcome . If you were just literally eating whatever and then tracking it and then making things fit , that’s definitely a shitty approach imo </p>

<p>I was pretty flat and depleted for push yesterday but it’s ok I still got the job done, 13 lbs down from session prior to it so I did ok to hold reps on most. </p>
<p>1 full week done 3 more to go, let’s see what can be done 🙂 </p>
