<p>Cycle is currrently 275mg Test, 300mg Mast,30mg Anavar, 20mg Winny, 50mg Proviron.</p>
<p>Have a slight lump forming under / around my left nipple not painful etc and only noticeable at certain angles / poses.</p>
<p>Was thinking of using 10mg of Nolvadex everyday till show to try and contain / start to reverse it? At 16 weeks out increased to 260mg, now approx 13 weeks out I’ve noticed slight sensitivity in my right nipple, no obvious lumps just a bit tender.<br />
Is this down to my hormones being slightly out again with the increase in test? I’m getting bloods done next week.<br />

<p> Your asking impossible questions tbh. </p>
<p> In my experience it won&#8217;t make any difference being in that additional time n coming off to throw other drugs in causing more of a YoYo effect is just as bad </p>
<p> However there is no guarantee you will definitely be able to recover after any cycle. </p>

In your opinion would running a cycle from Feb to Sept and then doing a solid PCT get my natural levels back up and running again or do I risk permanent shut down and resorting to TRT ?  </p>

Was looking at competing in mens physique end of July so would have been on for 22weeks total.</p>
<p>Due to domestic situation I’m looking at competing end of September instead now. </p>

<p>Recently competed in 2021 winning my class in masters men’s physique, I used a macro based diet eating to a set amount of protein,carbs, fats daily rather than a specific meal plan.</p>
