<p>The cue &#8220;knees close together&#8221; is something I use on leg curls and it definitely works I feel my hamstrings a lot more but I don&#8217;t know why it works. I seen Dan Bastick use a resistance band wrapped around his knees to prevent external rotation and keep the knees close together.
