I am always up for training legs, but yesterday I was just up for it that little bit more. I don’t know why, but I obviously used that mindset to get a little more out of the session (a rep here and there).

Prep T3 T4

Hi everyone

I’m currently 9 weeks into diet, taking clen, SLU, Reta and Yohimbine currently. Did bloods and these were the results.

TSH – 1.43 (0.27 – 4.2)
Free T3 – 3.3 (3.1 – 6.8)
Free Thyroxine – 13.1 (12 – 22)

Based off bloods would you recommend I started taking T3 and T4? Have another 8 weeks or so of dieting left still. Thank you!
