<p>Thank you very much, I followed both your and Jordan&#8217;s advice and my elbow is starting to feel a little better. I get weekly Graston/ART and I voodoo floss my elbows weekly. My blood values are all fine, I take my blood values E4W because I am quite health conscious, especially with all the deaths lately. </p>

<p>When would be the right time to check my IGF-1 levels again and see if they have increased or not. Can I do that now or is&hellip;</p>

<p>If the daily output (expenditure) is exactly the same, why would the person who splits their expenditure be less &#8220;fatigued&#8221; or, in other words, why would someone be &#8220;wrecked&#8221; from doing 15K steps at once vs. not wrecked by doing 15K steps but split up, it&#8217;s still essentially the same daily output? Genuine question.</p>

But cardio is literally just moving throughout your day (essentially accumulating steps on, say, a treadmill). </p>
<p>I assume most of us don&#8217;t do zone 3/4/5 cardio for fat loss, but probably around zone&hellip;</p>
