I’ve attached my most recent photo, sitting around the 100kg mark without a doubt in the best condition yet.</p>
<p>Food is way up at 4775 calories, coaching has taken off nicely, Alice competed at the Arnold’s last weekend after a mega mega, tough prep.</p>
