<p>Little frustrated with training first half of the week as seeing little/no progression across 2-3 sessions. Reminded this morning by Kuba that this deep in the offseason big jumps would be a sign that training is getting worse. </p>

<p>Week 12 finished of this push up complete.</p>
<p>Weekly average bodyweight is 97.7kg which hasn’t increased massively for a few weeks however body composition and the look is definitely only improving.</p>

<p>Returned to training Sunday although with current fatigue levels and being a complete write off yesterday Kuba has moved me to one on one off for now with devolume sessions. Mentally the energy and life is returning but physically still smashed. </p>

<p>Just remember no &#8216;safer use&#8217; model is truly safe, but if thats a primary concern less is always going to be more. </p>

<p>Weight hit a new prep low and energy was pretty low yesterday but it is what is required.</p>
<p>Running the same food as yesterday at 50% baseline carbs. Not the most exciting thought but literally 4 days of the comp season left so 0 complaints to bring the best package. </p>

<p>Ran pro/fat yesterday. Today carbs are back but 50% of baseline diet. </p>
<p>Hunger yesterday wasn’t an issue but feeling it today.</p>
<p>Legs today was a good session, headspace was spot on and got just enough intensity to still be a fun session. Steps are done so will be feet up for the rest of the day. </p>

<p>Not sure where the last 20 weeks have gone but here we are. Kuba is very happy with the look today so decision made to very slightly increase food. Sodium and water same again today.</p>
<p>In for an upper body session this afternoon. Obviously no heroics just two exercises and two sets per exercise at about 80%</p>

<p>Photo from yesterday post workout I’m very very happy with. This seems to be the weight I need for a good balance of full and “dry” at 86kg. 5kg up from my lowest in my first prep although at least 5kg of fat less as well lol</p>

Living in Scotland I get pretty good quality water, when I lived in London I&#8217;d probably have preferred to drink puddles on the street over what came out my tap. </p>

<p>Legs yesterday was exactly what I wanted out of the session. Nice pump, just kept calm and collected going into the set and made sure not to “send” anything. kubas attention to detail and specifics on how to approach the sets was absolutely spot on. For as many as there as saying use TRT + Primo there are the same number saying it&#8217;s a waste of time and you should bang in a gram of test to grow.</p>

<p>Whey iso will never mix as well/volumise as much as a vegan whey or even a concentrate/blend (casein is the goat for volume/consistency imo). It is slightly better in oats if you let the oats cool first before adding,&hellip;</p>

Waiting for glutes and a bit of lower back to pull through. I’ve far, far surpassed previous best condition so just at that point of getting fat off that’s never been off before.</p>
<p>Legs yesterday was very good considering where energy levels are through the day. No reps lost although no major progressions either. The&hellip;</p>

<p>Coached by Kuba so in good hands.</p>
<p>Morning weight was 85.9kg today, maintained from yesterday.</p>
<p>Its been a while since I checked my calories but I will add my diet later on, same with PEDs since&hellip;</p>
