I have a friend who did Reta for a total of 6 weeks. And had no plan on what he was doing.
First 3 weeks was about 2mg reta a week.
And 5mg divided over 3-4 weeks.

On that cycle he basically lost hunger feeling. And it has not come back yet. Normal side effect at that amount?
