<p>Didn&#8217;t get injured during lifting if anyone cares lol,</p>
<p>Was previously doing upper/lower &#8211; loved it think its great, but i can bearly get alot of weighted knee flexion going so just doing single leg ext holds etc on that one leg EOD &#8211; ,</p>
<p>Could I just do push/arms/rest/pull? or push/pull/arms? incorporating hammys into my pull days?</p>

<p>(new form is absolutely amazing, been arching my lower back thinking that was me hinging in the squat like a fkn dumbass)</p>

<p>todays rest day &#8211; 10k steps through out the day &#8211; ended up adding in 100mg of primo to my cycle, kinda fkt it up as im getting bloods done end of next week but should be sweet..</p>

Powerlifting background (shit at pressing lol) been lifting for 4ish years now, nothing crazy.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll just post up what I do U/L<span> &#8211; I&#8217;ve just left a commercial gym and joined a old school powerlifting gym so not a whole lot of equipment.</span></p>
