Today is the start of my first proper push up. Weighed in this morning at 68.5kg.<br />
Starting off with<br />
2800 cals<br />
350 C<br />
210 P<br />
62 F</p>
<p>Same on rest days as I do cardio on rest days</p>
<p>Aiming for a 0.2kg a week average Rate of gain</p>
<p>Running a ULR repeat split </p>
