Around 7 months ago I was skinny fat, i weigh the same now but I am much leaner and have gained a significant amount of muscle. Now that i have gotten lean, do u recommend a lean bulk? That is what im trying to do anyways, im eating roughly 3300- 3400 calories everyday. Calculators say my maintenance should be around&hellip;</p>
