<p>I have been training legs for a year and have made progress. It&#8217;s been over 2 weeks it is getting better but at a snails pace. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m not sure how to approach my leg training. </p>

<p>Should I continue to let it rest and heal and focus on upper body only OR start&hellip;</p>

<p>First let me state that in PHASE 1 I have gained a massive amount of strength with this program in a relative short amount of time. I am currently in the 2nd week of PHASE 2 and find my connective tissue and CNS not recovering fast enough. I have taken steps to self-regulate my training by taking an extra day off to aid in recovery to&hellip;</p>

I have developed pain, bloat, fatigue(especially after eating &amp; defacating), chronic headaches and joint pain. </p>
<p>Has anyone ever developed this sort of GI problem? If so, what steps do you recommend to resolve this issue?</p>
