<p>Seems the raw is a little under dosed. This runs in line with last bloods I did myself and some others seen.</p>
<p>Free test and androgen index is very good showing potential benefits to the subQ approach</p>
<p>E2 is no different to a normal cruise set up done IM at same dose.</p>

<p>if you truly wanted to add in NPP I would pull the test back to 200mg and add in 100mg NPP but as has been said I would favour sticking to the lesser toxic drugs as you currently are.</p>

<p>meal 1 &#8211; still 1 scoop TBJP vegan whey and 250ml egg whites with 75g oats (50g rest days) and 100g berries </p>
<p>meals 2/3 &#8211; 200g cooked chicken, 150g cooked basmati rice instead of 200g cooked jasmine rice &#8211; no additional oils here &#8211; </p>

<p>I was literally up 12:30am, 2:45Am and 4:15 am and then slept till 7am which is annoying as&hellip;</p>

<p>if you are still progressing in other lifts and you are growing and enjoying doing them then keep track and keep them in &#8211; for me personally I would never have additional intensity stuff in on more than 1-2 exercises per body part in that session and this would again depend on how I had approached the exercise&hellip;</p>

<p>so the fact yours has gotten worse may indicate some form of issue for sure but it may not.  its impossible for us to advise any further here bud &#8211; this is were the specialist does his/her job 🙂</p>

<p>So some will feel better in terms of sex drive/mood etc with E2 lower while others will feel better in these areas with those numbers higher.</p>

<p>the trick is on finding were you feel best and how to stay there as easily as possible &#8211; for example I feel fantastic&hellip;</p>
