    So from a sports therapy approach when treating this I find the most common cause is tightness in the quads due to training n a lack of flexibility. This means more tension n
    On the tendon leading to inflammation.

    So deep tissue would be my first approach n it will be painful. Ice the area often. 25 minutes every 2 hours.

    Some some natural anti inflammatory lime cure coming from TrainedByJP

    Rest is very important. Just hit hams n give your body time to loose the inflammation

    If I was training after meal 1 there would be 2 choices n it would depend how close I was training.

    If within 60-90 minutes I would look to fish or isolate and cream of rice.

    If I have 2 hours I would do fish or chicken n jasmine rice

    I would take cals for 3000kcal train days n 2750 rest days.

    Then assess in 2 weeks

    liquid meal after leaving work is a great idea – if i’m going to do this, should i drop the intra and go for an post workout shake and then the meal as soon as i am back at home?
    could you help me lay out the meal plan – what, when and how much you would like me to eat?

    You can have a meal as Stefan says as soon as you leave work –

    You can have a liquid meal
    During the night when wake to pee.

    There is your 5 meals easy as that.

    Keep the meals balanced during the day when gaining n just pro / fat during night.

    You have a great physique bud.

    I feel very lazy at the moment n unproductive even tho I’m doing more or less my usual daily stops.

    Not being able to train n feel as if I’m moving forward is a huge thing for my mental health I won’t lie.

    I’m picking at foods n generally just not being on point.

    Going to alter meal plan so I only have a carb meal pwo. The rest will be pro / fat.

    Cyclic keto diet almost.

    This is very high for that but not impossible.

    We’re the bloods taken via finger prick or from vein ?

    How close was the blood drawn to injection. Some seem to see a high spike if taken the day after n inject.

    Also I would do 125-150mg every 5 to 6 days.

    Much better for estrogen control
