    I am cutting now and i set protein on 1,5 per LBM. Thats 300 grams per day for me. Its a little high maybe, but i feel its better. Because when i cut down in protein I have to carb up to reach the kcal goal…[/quote]

    So your dropping bodyfat while maintaining weight ?

    This is the reason people take steroids bud so it alters nutrient partitioning so they can maintain or grow muscle while dropping bodyfat.

    You will also hold more glycogen n thus water IM meaning the scale will likely not drop.

    Keep going n pushing to get leaner bud. What your doing is working as expected

    Having done both in terms of actual fat loss from a physiological aspect there will be v v little difference.

    From a psychological difference there may be huge as certain diets suit certain mind sets better and it’s this that is the key to overall fat loss.

    Do what you enjoy doing more basically

    So there are 3 possibilities mainly from just this info.

    Bicep tendinitis – very common and more likely

    Tight bicep n pec muscles causing a mall tracking of the tendon in the bicipital groove.

    Arthritis if he’s an older gentleman and has lifted / stressed the joint over a long time.

    Initial steps would be

    Ice several times a day for 20 minutes

    Rest completely bar stretching n working in shoulder mobility as this can help alleviate issues

    Anti inflammatory- cure cumin 4-800mg daily for a natural option or usual OTC ones.

    From my non sports therapist side look into tb500 and bpc 157.

    It’s not normal but it is possible estro has crashed for some reason.

    Importantly is how you feel.

    I would retest on 4 weeks if you feel fine. If it’s not in range then I would go see your doctor bud

    I have mine on a rest day due to cals being super high on training days anyway – this works so much better with my digestion
    My favourite clean cheat is sushi

    This I think is the best approach for most.

    However people are obsessed with having it pwo especially those with food issues etc n it’s important to understand why this is not the only time you can eat slightly higher kcal

    Have you had Estro checked on a cruise dose before ?

    Hey,
    i would personally drop to TRT dose (150mg), then maintain that until the gyms are open. If you come off now you will drop your immune system, which isn’t ideal at this time. When this is all over you could jump back up or run full PCT. TRT will see you at a healthy level of test and your blood work will be in a good place on this.

    Cheers guys, what sort of dose you reccomend? I was thinking 50mg/day for 6 weeks maybe even 8? My liver doesn’t seem to budge or get negatively effected by orals

    Genuine reply here. But surely asking your coach would be best? As it’s them who have stated free meal they’d specify type and when etc?

    She has n doesn’t like the idea it’s a free meal as in something she has to pick herself lol.

    We go through this every time , some clients that are to obsessive even need guidance with this.

    There was also no post workout meal as she reported being terribly inflammed , swollen n not well so she was supposed to be resting.

    As these are signs of high cortisol levels n taking some time to rest n be normal with family is the best approach for this.

    Again looks like that didn’t happen ????
