    Just use some common sense – Indian very heavy in dairy / cream / oils etc. Always going to hurt digestion.

    Unless you opt for dry meats , rice , chutney , poppodom etc etc

    Going to a real burger place

    Going to a stone bake pizza place for a good pizza.

    People really need to accept what they already know – eating crap is doing you no gd.

    I also always get a hormone panel done n advise clients to during cycles so we can see how our body responds to specific AAS set ups n how we need to change things.
    My test is higher during this prep than usual as I want a bigger/fuller look. So I new estro may ne n issue n since upping test from 500-750 I have noticed a puffy look n drop in sex drive.
    Now granted tren can give a false reading but these do confirm I need to
    up my Adex from 0.5mg to 1mg
    Take something for prolactin. 0.5mg caber twice a wee from now.
    HOWEVER I must say I do no how to set up a cycle. Look at those free test levels n androgen index. Best I have had them n not on silly doses either.
    Will retest in 2 weeks n repost on here to see how things have changed

    Back session tonight was good but hard work. Strength was up start of session n dropping off towards end. No good 7.5 weeks out.

    So I am reducing volume a week early back to my off season volume levels. This should see strength go up n increase recovery

    Nolva wont help prolactin IMO and the caber should be more than enough.

    Nolva may help if the gyno is from estrogen though.

    Ideally get bloodwork done.

    I’ve got a good relationship with my GP but he is often out of country and the other guys at the docs are hard as fk to deal with.

    Medichecks May be my only chance, just got to get a pal to draw bloods bro as I’m not over keen haha

    Tren Zaps my sex drive a little bit but a lot can be in your head.

    I was adamant when I had sex last my erection wasn’t as it has been and I have been on tren 3/4 weeks now. Sleep is poor etc etc.

    However I had sex this morning and all was good , but I had been over thinking it a lot which can make things worse.

    prolactin is to low which could be the issue defo. Try ditching caber and using Vitamin B6 – plenty of research on this showing it lowers prolactin and 2 of my clients have used it successfully.

    I would also ask are you using pharma caber etc?

    If your libido was great on 150 test have u tried doing 150 test and 150 tren?

    From what I can see you ran 250mg test per week and had bloods done 2 days after last jab and your test levels were the same as a previous test.

    then your gear was defo fake.

    If you don’t have a previous test and you were just in normal range then you may be running naturally very low test and this has just brought you to high normal etc.

    For me 150mg puts me just out of range and 250mg puts me at 48 – the range runs from 8-28/30 I believe.

    Have you had success in the past during off seasons ? If so then hell no save your money.

    if you just feel your not making the progress you want, find you yo yo a lot between ideas and plans and lack consistency then a coach could be a fantastic idea.

    I am hugely concerned with it for myself and clients (mainly who have irregular bowel movements) or seem to be bloated back logged per day.

    I look more into the types of fibres and why a person may need more of one than the other as well as timing etc.

    If you are not bloated/distended and have regular BM etc then don’t over worry about it and just eat your greens and veggies or use P Husk.

    I have been doing this as a transition from the keto diet I did initial 2-3 weeks of prep into a carb backloading phase.

    You can see more information in my journal on here and I will be posting some info on insta to regarding my thoughts on this approach, how to set it up and what it may or may not work and for who etc.

    3 main things I express to clients

    switch a meal for your free meal.

    Always always good quality food – burger and fries or pizza or what ever make it good quality and not shite so your body can utilise it.

    have it night before a big body part or the day off after training

    Yes sorry to mention i would basically sub out PWO and last meal as i train around 5-7pm ish and have the cheat meal after training
