<p>Currently, I’m taking 80 mg Telmisartan + 2.5 mg Nebivolol. My blood pressure is around 135/90 and my RHR ~80.</p>
<p>Would it be reasonable to add 5 mg Amlodipine to lower my blood pressure further, or would it be better to increase Nebivolol to 5 mg instead?</p>

I’ve completely stopped upper body training and only do lower body exercises using machines (avoiding anything that requires gripping weights). Since the pain hasn’t fully gone away yet, should I continue resting from upper body workouts?<br />
I’m also currently using TB500 at 5mg twice a week and BPC157 at 1mg daily.</p>
