<p>Previously before lockdown I had been playing around with alternating between 4-5 sessions each week.</p>
<p>Now with prep and recovery I have committed to just 4 times a week. I believe this will give me more recovery. The last 2-3 weeks I have stuck to a more consistent meal structure rather than doing more of the IIFYM style. Although weighing all my foods and macro counting. There is something reliable when it comes to just eating the same thing each and everyday.</p>

Some days hunger kicks in more than others, but its part and parcel of contest prep.</p>
<p>No changes to food this week, but getting a bit more sleep has seen me around the 79.3-79.5 mark all week. So just goes to show the power of sleep and how much it can affect the amount of water retention. </p>

The first third was going from 88-80kg.<br />

<p>I am restarting this but will change the title as now its a transition into prep.</p>
<p>Ive been dieting for around 10 weeks or so now already (started Dec 7) looking to compete around fall time. So I still have about 25-30 weeks to diet down for&hellip;</p>

I know before you mentioned you had a lot of clients competing 2021 so didn&#8217;t want to compete then.<br />
Might look to be even more stacked next year if this year is postponed.</p>
