<p>I know the cause and can address it but in the short term I am after an injectable Glutathione? Does anyone have experience with Amino Kings and their defence product?</p>

<p>I was debating using 1mg of MOTS-C a day with one oral SLU cap. Would a get much of the benefit with that as a baseline.</p>
<p>Food and other supps are already in a very good place.</p>

Was historically well in the healthy range.  </p>

Recent bloods showed my Glutathione Reductase drop from a healthy range into the low.</p>
<p>I used to supplement Glutathione but stopped as was not sold on the quality of the brand I was using. </p>
<p>If you see this kind of trend normally in bloods would you add a glutathione supplement back in? Supplement Needs seems to&hellip;</p>
