<p>So&#8230;If I conv deadlift before iso&#8217;s, I feel alot of power and energy&#8230;but&#8230;if it say shoulder day and I do barbell standing military shoulder press (no rack), so it&#8217;s a clean and then strict presses, I can&#8217;t do that many reps nor increase the weight, however, after doing a few iso shoulders then doing the barbell press I have tonnes&hellip;</p>
