<p>Only reason I ask is I&#8217;ve had some weird experiences with SG Primo. I&#8217;m fine with their oils but their primo seems to give me a mild allergic reaction.</p>
<p>Even low dose 50mg makes my eyes and forehead itch. It&#8217;s so strange. Never had any reaction local to the injection site though.</p>

I&#8217;m finding the older I get, the more aggressive I have to be with calories to shit fat on stubborn areas like lower abs/back.</p>
<p>Ending this cut on 15k steps and 1800 cals Rest Day, 2000 calories Training.</p>
<p>Prior to this my calories were 3800 rest, 4400 training.</p>

<p>Would have been really useful to see where that put estrogen to fine tune later on.</p>
<p>Going with a lower dose test 350mg seems reasonable given your estrogen sides, but adding in NPP is gonna make that trickier to really figure out if those sides arise again at 350mg test.</p>

Might also drop estrogen too low.</p>
<p>200mg test, 200mg primo is a fine starting point.</p>
<p>The smart setup might be to start there and bump either primo or test incrementally as you go through the offseason. </p>
<p>Or just stick with the 400mg total if its serving you well. I don&#8217;t know where you&hellip;</p>

<p>How long are the pins you&#8217;re using?</p>
<p>Sounds like you aren&#8217;t getting deep enough into the muscle and it&#8217;s sitting subq.</p>
<p>Have you pinned the Test E anywhere else just to rule out the gear itself?</p>
<p>Personally not a fan of pinning glutes, look at ventrogluteal, delts, lats.</p>

<p>Dropped from ~4200 on training days down to ~2800. I&#8217;ve dieted on way less calories in the past and not experienced this, but yeah, might still be adjusting to the carb drop.</p>
<p>Either that or this cyclic dextrin I got is really just glucose and its slamming me later on 😀</p>

<p>Atleast that way, once you&#8217;ve had your stash of raws tested, you&#8217;re good to go in terms of dosing across the entire batch you brew.</p>

<p>Seems to be a lot of shit around at the moment. Getting bloods and going off &#8220;feel&#8221; and progress seems to be more reliable IMO than getting gear tested.</p>
<p>How do you do the testing?</p>
<p>You can&#8217;t send every vial you plan to use to be tested, so you&#8217;re still hoping the rest of the non-tested vials are part of the same batch as the one sent for&hellip;</p>

<p>Just wondered if you could clarify the rep schemes you use for the heavy vs lighter sets.</p>
<p>So on heavy push you&#8217;d do 2x sets 6-9 reps.</p>
<p>Then on the lighter pull sets you&#8217;d do 2x sets 10-15reps?</p>

<p>I have in the past started a cycle with NPP and then switched to Deca when oil/volume cost became prohibitive.</p>
<p>If it&#8217;s your first time using Nandrolone then may be best to go with NPP just to see how you get on, then you can dump it quick if sides arise.</p>

Been a few years now since I was on the forums here but great to be back.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t compete but have been following the TrainedbyJP ethos of training for a good few years now. I started lifting a while ago on a powerlifting linear progression (Greyskull LP) training routine and got the bug for low volume high intensity work sets. <br&hellip;</p>
