In that case, if I have 2 pull days A and B with RDLs on Pull A. I typically like the push pull off legs off setup but I get into trouble with where I want my RDL/hip hinge. If I do it on pull day I find it takes away from my back work but if I do them on legs I feel like effort isn&#8217;t there so I want to try a density day centered around my RDL. It also just sounds fun. Does this split look balanced?&hellip;</p>

They will hit glute/hams but if you have a day in between pull and legs I&#8217;d give it a shot. I wasn&#8217;t doing any hinges for a little while just for fatigue&#8217;s sake and wanted to give my lower back a break but after adding them back in my traps/erectors/upper back are totally wrecked in&hellip;</p>

Hit your RDAs. Get sunlight daily or as much as possible and 7-9 hours of quality sleep. Could supplement on top of that but if the above aren&#8217;t in check supplements won&#8217;t do much</p>

So I workout at around 3-4 pm, when is normally my last intake of caffeiene. and then I normally go on my phone before bed time, and use the rest room, then turn the lights off and sleep. I wake up normally at 7 am on the weekdays and like 9-10 during the weekends, and turn the lights off at 10:45 pm! Looks similar to mine with the laterals starting both sessions as Jimmy suggested. I was doing incline DB presses first on my push B but the commercial gym I go to doesn&#8217;t have heavy enough DBs for me to progress on them as they only go to 100lbs so I swapped it for a machine press as well. I agree I don&#8217;t really like doing DB presses second.  </p>

<p>It&#8217;s a piece at my gym. I&#8217;ve used it in the past but gonna give it a go soon. I actually asked the question BECAUSE I&#8217;ve heard of the Watson hack being so terrible. It&#8217;s not a common piece for sure but didn&#8217;t want to use it in case someone thought it might be a knee killer</p>
