I got pretty lean down to about 10-12% bf. Then revered out for about 4 week upto 2200 cals Td. Went to Thailand for 4 week and probably over indulged, didn’t train much but steps were high 15k a day ave.
76.5kg to 80kg now.
Maybe I’m just being a pussy n need to just hit it hard again but just thought I’d post here to see if there was any… Read more

Hi just want to gather thoughts on Clen ? I’ve never taken any steroids before and not sure I will ever take a steroid. I got quite lean before I went away for a month and come back 4kg up and fear it will take me 6-10 weeks to get back to the same level of lean before I can bulk.
