<p>Managed to get the food shop and take the boys for a walk this morning then went to the gym to train legs. I’ll attach the photos I haven’t done much today just been for a nice walk then had a meal out for lunch to Nando’s and chilled the rest of the day Sundays are the only days that I can relax so it’s my favourite day &#x1f604;</p>

<p>Had training today session went really well and I’ll add my log book to this as well. Most of the weights were up and the session was intense! </p>
<p>No changes today on food or training but everything is going well so there’s no need. </p>

<p>Weight this morning was 122.4lbs so 1lb up from higher food yesterday trying to stay as still as I can in order to rest properly. </p>

Same food as I posted yesterday it’s a lot higher than it has been and my body has been responding well. </p>
<p>Yohimbine is now out and added in 5mcg of Anavar to add a little fullness. Training was so hard in this heat but managed to get everything done and still stick to my weights so that was good at least. </p>

Feel so much better for having the rest and the time to sort out the new business.</p>

So today I’m on the same plan as yesterday higher food but no steps so I’ve literally chilled all day. </p>
