It’s probably here somewhere I just couldn’t find. What is a good basic foundation to the u/l split that I could do? Is it a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on 1 off, then start again? Or is that it for the week? Does my first upper day look the exact same as my 2nd? Same for legs?
