<p>Good session this afternoon. Changed my training time today to 4:30pm. Really good session this evening. Added some adductor work into lower body training as feel it&#8217;s needed for more fullness. It won&#8217;t take anything from the recovery so going to keep it in. Training log below &#x1f447;</p>

<p>Lower 2 Training last night was pretty good. Started with seated leg extensions and was able to get a pb for 10 reps which I&#8217;m pleased about. Leg press felt a bit off and think I may need to adjust foot position as felt like my left quad was in jeopardy to be fair as had a real strange pulling sensation in central quad. <p>Weight has been moving up consistently for a couple of days now so good sign the Kcals are in a good spot.</p>
<p>Training was really good last night and progressed well. <p>Training was good yesterday. Made progress on all lifts which is nice but expected this early on full body. Got the weights more dialed in apart from leg extension as that&#8217;s the highest it will go so chasing reps until I get a gym pin ordered today. Food and water was good yesterday and hit all Kcals. I&#8217;m a gas engineer/plumber and do 40 hours a week plus. I do every other day full body and I&#8217;m wrecked afterwards but just get through it. Keep calories higher especially carbs and water intake high with salt on every meal and you&#8217;ll find that it&#8217;s manageable. <p>Training day today, will post it up later.</p>
<p>Went out for a lovely new walk yesterday with the dogs. Got in around 11k steps which is nice, I much prefer logging steps compared to doing other cardio especially doing a full body routine as that&#8217;s hugely taxing in itself. <p>Had a good training session last night. I like full body training a lot. I did have that feeling at the end of upper when I was like fuck! I got to do legs now. I like that as it digs something out of you, some spirit so to say.</p>

Went for a nice dog walk last night with the Mrs as she didn&#8217;t feel like going to the gym as still a bit tired from travelling etc. Kcals are still at 4112 and weight this morning was 105.7kg. Body fat is sensible still.
