<p>Hey Jamie. Thanks for the response. my pre-workout meal is 90mins pre workout, but 60 mins before intra drink which I currently drink omw to the gym. I&#8217;ve tried even training &#8220;fasted&#8221; with an intra twice because of shitty work schedule due to Covid once upon a time and it still upset my stomach quite a lot.</p>

<p>*put your pre workout meal back slightly to say 90/120 mins pre workout giving it more time to digest</p>
<p>*Take the fat out of the pre workout meal so it digests quicker causing the Intra to sit better</p>
<p>*How much fluid is in your intra shake?</p>
