Looking at the red markers the ones that stand out are oestrogen and creatine kinase.<br />
Triglycerides are low is this a good thing or concern?<br />

Done 16 week fast loss on 300mg test. Going to get bloods done in next 4-6 weeks. Want to map out next push if all is good.<br />

<p>Usual pre workout meal is 75g cor 30g whey 1 banana 20g peanut butter. Calories training day 2700 non training 2400</p>
<p>How much should a pull back the cardio at first a was thinking going to 4&#215;20 mins also with food increase of around 200?</p>
<p>Also using clen t3 and t4 should a be looking at removing all 3 or keeping some in for a period of time </p>
