<p>Yeah I do.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t mention it as last time I posted in here people didn&#8217;t want to answer because of my medical issue.</p>

<p>I have a spinal cord injury and it has fucked up my bowels/bladder/digestion.</p>

<p>I used to be okay eating plain food but now even if I just eat beef and salt i can randomly get very urgent need to use the bathroom. Yet, other times&hellip;</p>

<p>I have tried a couple a while ago. They were really bad. A lot of vegan proteins here in Aus are flavoured with stevia which for some reason gives me bad GI issues as well.</p>

<p>I might have to look into trying the unflavoured pea and rice protein again.</p>

<p>But even beef or chicken food can give my grief at times, so it&#8217;s possible the vegan protein&hellip;</p>

<p>But these aren’t just EAA, it’s meant to be a free form amino replacement for whey. Dairy free.</p>
<p>It has full spectrum amino acids, just different quantities of each in comparison to whey.</p>
